Experiences of Families of children with Cancer Regarding support sources and coping strategies

The purpose of this study is to investigate views parents and siblings children with cancer whose treatment continuing about family support sources individual coping strategies. In line purpose, face interviews were conducted 24 12 from families. Data analyzed through inductive content analysis approach. Themes sub-themes that formed strategies identified according the analyses results. Accordingly, composed themes such as internal strengths, extended support, health team, social workplace institutions organizations. Coping included appraisal-focused, problem-focused, emotion-focused themes. conclusion, present revealed important clues planning protective supportive interventions for families in a way include medical care providers.
